Beginning on Sunday, April 22nd, Pastor Lindner will be leading us in a new Bible Study on St. Paul’s 1st letter to the Christian congregation in Corinth. That congregation was probably the largest of the mission congregations Paul founded. Its size and location in the Roman Empire brought with it many spiritual blessings, but at the same time it was also a congregation that had its share of spiritual challenges as well. In many ways, the Corinthian family of believers has much in common with the St. Matthew’s family of believers. That’s make it a letter with some excellent applications for our congregational life. Here’s a little overview as we cover the first half of this precious part of God’s saving Word:
